Shipping policy
Currently we only ship to:
Australia, New Zealand, UK, Canada, and the US
We do not offer local pickup services and we do not have a physical trading address.
ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES
Any shipping times stated on this website are a guideline only and we are not liable for shipping times that exceed our stated terms. Our order processing times are not included in this estimate, however you can expect your order to be processed by Martyr.Fashion within 3-5 business days of you placing the order on our website. We are not liable for the time it takes our supplier to process and ship your order once we send them your purchase request.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & RATES
We only offer flat standard shipping rates at the current time and reserve the right to change our shipping rates and terms at any time without notice.
Our suppliers will ship your order directly to you from their factories and warehouses, we do not keep bulk stock items on site in Australia.
Our standard shipping flat rate is $15AUD per order per supplier (see EXTRA SHIPPING CHARGES below)
DROP-SHIPPING SUPPLIERS & EXTRA SHIPPING CHARGES
We use two drop-shipping fulfillment services to supply products to you via direct shipping from their factories/warehouses in China and abroad. We are not liable for the individual policies of each supplier and the carriers they employ to ship your products.
If your order contains items that are sourced from both of our suppliers, you will see two shipping charges on your order as they will be shipped from different source factories.
PARCEL TRACKING
We will endeavour to provide tracking of your shipment where possible but this is not guaranteed and may be a specific service provided by our third party suppliers.
LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
We are not liable for any items that are shipped directly from our supplier to you that are lost or damaged in transit, however you may seek an assessment for a return/refund which will only be provided if the return is assessed in line with our return policy here: https://martyr.fashion/policies/refund-policy
